Medical Relax app for iPhone and iPad
Like most people, we seem to be working harder and harder, with an increasing number of things to do every day.
This can make us feel like our lives are governed by stress and that we are more stressed than ever before.
My role as a psychotherapist, as well as a stress and emotional management coach, were the inspiration for this "Medical Relax" application that aims to help people handle everyday stress more effectively.
Indeed, our lives should be filled with moments that we can enjoy, far from the daily stress of life that does, however, remain so close.
"Medical Relax" helps you to develop your ability to become fully conscious: a technique used in psychotherapy to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain. This technique has been proven in various scientific studies, and helps us focus our attention on the present, on the here and now, where we can feel fully alive.
In order to do this, we do our best to direct our attention to the present free from judgment, without evaluation, and with a sense of positivity.
The selection of exercises contained within this application will help you to practice full consciousness and feel truly alive.
